Temporary employee safety.

Sylwia Brzezińska
Temporary workers have the same rights in the field of health and safety at work. When hiring for a position under temporary work, pay attention to important aspects of safety and working conditions.

An employer who hires a new employee is primarily obliged to:

1. to provide him with safe and hygienic working conditions,

2. to conduct systematic training in the field of occupational health and safety,

3. to provide the employee with personal protective equipment, clothing and footwear required to work in a given position,

4. informing the employee about threats to health and life in the workplace.

In addition, the employer is responsible for the employee's medical examinations (preliminary, periodic and follow-up).
